Jon Keith graduated from the University of Texas in May 1996 with dual degrees in accounting and economics.  He is currently employed as a software engineer with Hunt Oil Corporation in Dallas.  Mr. Keith resides in Frisco with his wife Bonita and two sons (Grayson & Conley), and is primarily involved in the rehab, leasing, and accounting functions of the partnership.   He is a past chairperson of the Dallas Independent Rental Owner's Council, and is also a past executive board member of the Dallas Apartment Association.

Scott Plake graduated from the University of Texas in December 1996 with a finance degree, and is currently employed with Ciena Capital, a FANNIE MAE multifamily lender headquartered in New York City.  Mr. Plake resides in the White Rock area of Dallas and is primarily involved in the identification and financing of new properties, as well as rehab and leasing of the properties.  He currently serves as the Chairperson of the Dallas Independent Rental Owner's Council, and is a current executive board member of the Dallas Apartment Association.  He also holds a residential salesperson’s license as a partner in Bosque Realty, and is a member of the Texas Real Estate Commission, and the Greater Dallas Association of Realtors.

Kenneth Plake handles the majority of maintenance issues for the properties, as well as the majority of any rehabilitation work needed. He also is the primary principal  in KAP Construction, a related company to KAP Equities, which is involved in construction and home repair services.  Mr. Plake resides in the White Rock area of Dallas.  For repair servies and bids/estimates, he can be reached by mobile phone at 972-965-6875.

Bill Plake is the creator and webmaster for this site, as well as the father of Scott and Kenneth. Mr. Plake presently resides in Van Alstyne, Texas with his wife Donna. He retired at the end of 2004 after 24+ years as a programmer at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas. He and Donna plan on enjoying his retirement in their new home.
